In order to open the door to the public, we have a safety plan in place in compliance with WorkSafe BC and Real Estate Council recommendations.
We have developed the following protocols and procedures in dealing with the current situation under the declared state of emergency with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures may be modified and changed in accordance with the situation and requirements of the government.

Limit the number of persons in each room as posted.
Lowering the number of chairs in meeting rooms.
Setting up sanitization stations with appropriate supplies on both levels and in frequently used areas like photo-copiers, client room, bullpen etc.
Putting up posters and signage to encourage hand washing and showing the location of washbasins.
Putting up signs for physical distancing throughout the office.
The office has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
Stock up supplies: face masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, paper towels etc.
The office is going to reopen in the middle of or late June.
We have a receptionist to work at the front desk.
Allow the public to visit the office in a limited capacity and time.
Start implementing contact tracing and monitoring.
Adjust and monitor the policies as fit.
